What is your mission?

Zeta Delta Nu Sorority, Incorporated is a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering change, promoting leadership, providing continued service and education within our community, and serving as a beacon of light and hope to all who encounter us. All while adhering to our commitment to our sisterhood, strengthening our bond, and showing excellence in all we do. 

 

Do I have to be a college student in order to be a member?

No, we also accept professionals who have legally been in business for at least six months as well as those who are attending and/or completed a trade or technical program.

How do I become a member?

The first step is to subscribe to our mailing list. The subscription will allow you to receive information about interest calls, application deadlines and other important information relating to the pledging process. 

 

The second step is to subscribe to our Instagram and Facebook pages. Our Instagram handle is @zeta_delta_nu, and our Facebook page is Zeta Delta Nu Sorority Inc. We will also post information on these sites and you don’t want to miss any announcements.

 

The third step is to attend an interest meeting. Interest meetings are held several times during the year and maybe virtual or in person

 

The fourth step is to submit an application. Applications will be reviewed and interviews will be scheduled. A decision letter will be sent to each applicant notifying them of their formal invitation to start the pledging process. If an invitation is received then further information will be given.

How old do you have to be to join?

Members must be at least 21 at the time the application is submitted to join.

 

Does Zeta Delta Nu have a pledge process?

Yes, we do have a process. WE DO NOT ALLOW HAZING OF ANY KIND OF OUR NEW AND/OR POTENTIAL MEMBERS.

 

Are there fees associated with joining Zeta Delta Nu?

Yes, Zeta Delta Nu is aware of how important it is to balance money and finances. We are pleased to say that our expenses for membership are reasonable and we offer options that will work for all members.

How much time is required in order to pledge?

We know that every woman has a life outside of the organization which is why we work around the schedules of all pledgees in order to leave enough time for fellowship with one another.

 

What if I belong to another Greek-letter organization, am I still eligible for membership?

No
